Officer Check-in is part of OverWatch software which helps protect your company from Breach of Duty responsibility issues. The video below will go over reporting and analytics for the Officer Check-in feature.
Why do I need Officer check-in software:
A. The system will alert if a Officer is not at their post during the day when they should be.
B. The System will alert if the Officer is to busy at their post and you may need to staff up
C. The system will alert if the Officer was too busy dealing with an incident to respond and can send more help ASAP to deal with the incident response.
D. Alerts can be sent to Milestone or other VMS system from the concealed weapons detection system to allow for central management.
