New Features

1. Configurable options for the alerts page
   1. Show normal temperature - show the temperature on alerts below the high temp threshold
   2. Show high temperature - show the temperature only on alerts that pass the high temp threshold
   3. Show alert marking buttons - enables the opportunity to mark high temps as a true threat, or false (e.g. to track who passed a secondary screening, vs who was confirmed to have a fever)
2. Simplified user setup page when adding a new user, you do not have to do anything for them to see cameras associated with your Athena account. You will still have the opportunity to customize visibility at the user level.
3. Upgraded email and in-browser alert text
4. Time zone optimizations the system will now automatically detect your timezone by browser, and track alerts in local time in your browser and in email alerts
