Why alerts aren’t disappearing automatically after being tagged

Modified on Tue, Dec 10, 2024 at 6:04 AM

When an “Object Detected” alert appears on your operator iPad, you will be prompted to tag the alert as either threat or false. After you have finished tagging the alert, it will then disappear.

But if the alert isn’t disappearing automatically after you’re done tagging it, some of your filters may have been changed.

Here’s how you can set your filters so that the alerts disappear after being tagged:

  1. On the operator iPad, click Status. This is found at the top-right corner of the screen as shown below:

  1. After clicking status, you will then see Alert Status Filter, as shown below:

  • Action Required: If this is on, you will always be prompted to flag “Object Detected” alerts as either threat or false.

  • False: If this is on, alerts flagged as “false” will remain on screen and will not disappear.

  • Threat: If this is on, alerts flagged as “threat” will remain on screen and will not disappear.

  1. By default, only Action Required is turned on. This helps reduce clutter on the operator iPad screen.

If either the Threat or False filters are turned on, alerts flagged as threat or false will remain on screen and will not disappear automatically.

Note: In a future release, filters will reconfigure automatically.
