How to Fix Misconfiguration?

Note 
- Make sure the poles are ON before proceeding.
- Ensure both CEIA poles are visible

Steps to Fix:

1. Zoom In or Out:

   • Adjust the zoom until you find the sweet spot, indicated by a solid green box.
     NOTE: Avoid leaving the iPad with flickering green boxes. The green box must be solid for proper configuration. 

2. Increase FPS to 30:

   • On the controller, double-tap the Owl logo to open settings.

   • Go to Settings and under Weapons Detection Poles, move the slider to 30 FPS for better performance.

3. Avoid Sunlight Glare, Reposition Camera or Clean the Lens:

   • Wipe the camera clean to ensure a clear view.

   • If needed, switch to the back camera:

1. At the top right corner, click the camera icon and select Back Cam.

2. Avoid Sunlight Glare and confusing lights 

4. Check Pole’s Model 

   • Anyone on version 1 needs change to version 2 

To do that, On the controller, double-tap the Owl logo to open settings.

1. Under weapons detection poles

2.Tap version 2

• Update the app to the latest version. 

To check the version, go to setting, top right corner should tell you what app version. 

5. If both poles are ON, visible, and running on version 2 but the green crop box is still not showing, please verify whether the auto-rotate feature is enabled.
