Can clients operate the app offline?
 Yes, the app is fully redundant and can operate offline once the configuration is downloaded. Clients will not experience lag during normal operation.

Will issues with the WDS affect client operations?
 No, the backend issues do not affect the clients' operations. Clients can continue to function normally even if there are loading issues on the backend.

What should I communicate to clients regarding cloud reliability?
 Always instill confidence in clients by assuring them that our cloud infrastructure is fully redundant. Explain that even if our cloud experiences downtime, their operations will remain functional due to our robust system architecture.

How does our redundancy work?
 Our cloud is designed with multiple servers across multiple data centers to ensure redundancy. Additionally, clients have full redundancy at their site; if they lose internet connectivity, their operations can continue without interruption.

Why am I receiving duplicate WDS reports?
 Duplicate WDS reports may occur if your email is set as a report recipient across multiple accounts. Check your report settings and contact engineering for more information about the ongoing issue (ticket 4389).

What should I do if poles are beeping or producing ghost alarms?
 If poles are beeping or producing ghost alarms, try moving the poles away from walls, ensuring the transit is between poles, and unplugging the wires for a power cycle.

How can I restore voice alerts on the iPads after an update?
 To restore voice alerts on iPads, go to the controller settings and ensure the "Speak Announce Voice" option is turned on and the volume is set sufficiently.

What to do if poles are only flashing but not beeping?
