iPad Configuration Not Set

Error: iPad Configuration Not Set
Cause: The iPad configuration is either incorrect or not set up.

Steps to Fix:

  1. Go to WDS Portal:
    Visit wds.athena-security.com.

  2. Navigate to Settings:
    Under Settings, go to Stations.

  3. Search for the Station:
    Search for the station and click on the hyperlink associated with it.

  4. Update iPad Configuration:
    Change the configuration to the correct iPad setting, then hit Save.

    1. If You’re using CEIA Opengate

      1. WDS TCP Operator for the operator and  WDS TCP for Opengate Controller 

    2. If You’re using Metrasens

      1. WDS Metrasens Operator for the operator and WDS Metrasens Controller for Metrasens Controller.  

    3. If You’re using Garrett

      1. WDS Garrett Operator for the operator and WDS Garrett Controller for the Garrett Controller




5. Reset the App:
After saving the changes, reset the app to apply the new configuration.

  1. Double Tap the arrow  (top left corner, reset operator) 

  2. Double Tap the owl (top left corner, reset controller)
