Error: Controller to Operator Communication Error
Cause: There may be issues with user permissions.

 Verify User and Station access

1. Call Support

2. Turn on TS Mode:
   Enable TS mode to begin troubleshooting.

3. Check User Permissions:
   Ask Support to Verify that users have the correct permissions and access to the appropriate station.

4. Check Station Access:
   Ensure users have access to the correct station and are not assigned to the wrong one.

5. Reset and Test:
   After verifying permissions and access, reset the system and check if the issue is resolved.
