Controller / Operator Version Mismatch

Error: Controller/Operator Mismatch
Cause: One of the devices is not updated to the latest version, causing a version mismatch.

Steps to Fix:

  1. Call support 

  2. Have them unlock the iPad

  3. Update Devices:
     To update: 

    1. Check In & Reboot the system that needs to be updated 

    2. No deleting of policies

This should resolve the mismatch error.
