Support for Rollers with the AI Assisted X-Ray System Integrated into Athena's WDS Software
Issue Overview
When the rollers do not start from the iPad button labeled "start"
Operational Checks
1. Make sure ethernet cable and adapter are plugged into theiPad. Make sure the green light is on the adapter. Unplug adapter and plug it back into Apple iPad. Try "start" button again if this does not fix the issue goto step 2.
2. Emergency "off" and "on" buttons on X-ray system please push and and twist out. Follow video below. after done click start button again on iPad does it work.
3. Unlock keyboard on X-ray system and try to start roller belt from keyboard. If this does not work then please call support.
